A faded Queen…I expect the hotel was pretty classy when it was built, but it is wearing out. I was here a month and really enjoyed my stay. The garden and pool are delightful. The staff from front desk to housekeepers were all outstanding. The location could not be better. Expect some worn out fixtures and linens, but great value for the price!
In general a really cozy budget hotel with a good location and plants all over the place. The rooms are very old school and simple. I couldn't really get any hot water and the water pressure was non existing. They gave me a new room with a better pressure but still no hot water. In the first room I didn't have a bed lamp but I had one in the second. I didn't had a fridge in the first room but in the second. I woke up in the middle of the night because it started to make a very loud sound. The garden is amazing, the staff is really friendly and the location is amazing Definitely worth the money
Fantastic budget hotel, good air con, good hot shower, lovely around the pool with birds and lizards running around. Close but not too close to fifth avenue etc . We were impressed that they had got the room cool for us when we arrived. Receptionists really helpful. For the money, it's a winner.
Great value for money. Yes, it's a little dated and it's not right on the beach. But the rooms are large with kitchenette, it is at the quieter end of town, with great local seafood restaurants nearby, the best section of beach, and is only 10min walk from 12 Ave if you are here to party.
No telephone!!! Yes.... I don't want to hear a phone ring. The room I stayed in is very comfortable. I will stay here again because I love the humbleness and authenticity of the hotel. It is a good reflection of Riviera Maya and I love the jungle landscaping!
We were walking around and looking for a new hotel to extend our Playa vacation. Danny was the reception clerk and he offered us a great rate. $700 pesos and showed us what room we could get for that. Sold! It’s just what we were looking for. Right near pool and very clean considering it’s age.
A very nice and charming hotel with many trees and a warm atmosphere. For a 3 star hotel and this price we are very positively surprised. Great rooms with nice balconies, airconditioning, refrigerator and a great service. The hotel is very quiet at night, but only 3-5min foot walk to quinta. For us the perfect combination.
